The fine print
Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas.We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details. We assure you that all submissions are encrypted and are treated according to GDPR rules.Parking permits provided to guests for a maximum of 2 vehicles. In excess of that, guests will have to park elsewhere in the area (parking map provided). Lost or unreturned parking permits will be charged to guests at GBP50 per permit.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The accommodation was well located in relation to the NAEC Stoneleigh and pleasant inside. The interior space was comfortable for the two of us and very clean. It was also very well equipped, with quality appliances and everything we needed to cook and relax. The ensuite bathrooms were a real plus, and the bedroom doors had locks, which gave us privacy. Having a supermarket nearby was very convenient.

It was very close to the shops and had every thing to make our stay comfy. We were contacted to make sure everything was ok and the key box worked well. The parking permits were easy to find and use, sofa comfy and cooker easy to use.
