The price was unbeatable for the comfy and clean rooms and the location was perfect! Our rooms were small BUT we were in Parkes for a festival and were literally sleeping and showering so the rooms were ideal for what we were after.

a) it's a LOVELY place; b) The reception experience was warm and friendly c) my room is GORGEOUS - "Elvis" theme d) I asked if I could check in as soon as I arrive in Parkes (12:30PM) so that I dont have to try and find a coffee shop to work from, and she was happy for me to check-in earlier than 2PM. Also said that I can leave by 12PM tomorrow, if need be, which is great because I do have online meetings which will run over the 10AM check out. Would I stay here again? 1,000%
