Exceptional. * Meets basic needs: Cleanliness, comfortable bed, working amenities (air conditioning, water heater). * Functional: Suitable for a short stay, especially if primarily used for sleeping/ overnight stay only. * Affordable: Suitable for budget-friendly option. Overall: The homestay is fine for a quick overnight stay or if you're on a tight budget. However, if you're looking for a luxurious or memorable experience, you might want to look elsewhere. All basic necessities are provided. Fridge, wifi, AC, iron, water heater. Strategic location for work in UTHM. The owner is helpful and understanding.
