Please note that there is a 24-hour front desk and check-in is possible from 15:00. It is not needed to inform Zoku of your estimated arrival time. Due to the purpose of clean rooms, Zoku Paris can not provide an early check-in. Guests who arrive before 15:00 can leave their luggage in the luggage room on-site. We offer a weekly cleaning, additional cleaning can be request free of charge.Please note that reservations of 5 or more rooms are only possible upon request. Different policies and supplements may apply for these reservations. This property is cashless, valid credit card details are asked to hold on file during your stay. A valid physical credit card needs to be presented upon check in - no third party authorisation is possible. The location was excellent. Very close to the subway (13 and 14), which if you go to Paris, you should use as the Paris subway system is great and on the 13 line you can be amongst the people who live there and not just Tourists. The rooms were large and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating

The location was pretty close to the metro stations and I felt really safe in the area. The area was clean as well. It was close to the markets.

Staff were amazing, especially Dasha(Doria) who provided accurate and excellent advice on how to best see Paris in a short time. Her advice about the Metro was particularly helpful. I also let the night manager Louis-Paul know about a minor issue with some lights and by the time I returned to my room after having a drink in the bar, the issue was resolved. Brilliant service from an excellent staff. I am already planning my next trip to Paris and I am planning to stay at Zoku.

I liked all things about it actually. Very first thing is the locker room for your baggage if your room is not ready yet. Also you can have a shower there to refresh yourself. The staff was very helpful and sweet. And omg the rooms are very beautiful and the bed is the most softest thing ever. We were like sleeping on a cloud. Also we saw the top of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Also the rooftop area to have drinks and eat. The other thing is the location - metro, bus station and tram are just around the corner. So it is very easy to move around. I really loved our stay there.
