It was a beautiful stay. The location was amazing - close to both metro and bus stop. The area was pretty and so was the hotel view! Huge windows really let a lot of natural light in. The area was small but it was just perfect for two people. The staff was helpful throughout every step and it was exceptionally clean when we arrived. It had all the facilities that you would need during a stay and we felt absolutely safe in the area. Loved it!

I’m absolutely delighted with my stay at WS Hotel De Ville in Paris. Everything exceeded my expectations – the location was more than perfect, the accommodation was comfortable and clean, and the overall experience was wonderful. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The room was very small and a bit stuffy. We had to have the windows open most of the time which let the street noise in. Ok during the day but not at night when you're trying to sleep. The fan didn't work without the lights so that was a fail. The bed was comfortable. Linen clean. Fully equiped little kitchen. No laundry facilities but there is a laundromat 2 streets up in Rue De Villiers. Great position, close to everything. Notre Dam at the end of the road. Plenty of metro stations around. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was good for the length of time we had (5 nights) Only thing wrong was the safe wouldn't open the day we were leaving. Our passports were in there. It took many messages to booking.com until someone came (2 hours) so be aware there is nobody on site for urgent help. Thankyou Paris we had a great time.
