Location is great and from side view you could see Champs Elysees. Reception and bar area as well as breakfast areas tastefully decorated. Two lifts were a bonus. Friendly attentive patient reception staff. They accommodated us with most of our requests. It rained so balconies were unusable and it would be nice if they had the option of a cover? The bed was very comfortable and rooms were not big but manageable. Coffee machine was nice but we missed any milk. Separate toilet (tiny!) is nice but really shouldn’t be separated from bidet-made no sense. Absolutely LOVED the fruit and macaroon treats and the staff really went out their way to serve an apple to our grandbaby like she was a princess. They helped with luggage and even with fully booked hotel to move us to a bigger room. Will definitely be back!

The room was cleaned regularly, and all in-room amenities were sufficient and in good working condition. The staff were friendly and helpful; the reception / concierge team in particular responded efficiently to all our requests. The breakfast was served as an open buffet, offering a moderate variety of options. The location is superb, with easy access to transportation and several restaurants and markets nearby on Champs-Élysées. Overall, it was a comfortable and trouble-free stay. I would recommend this hotel to those looking for a clean, pleasant, and reliable accommodation option.
