The ambiance, the friendly and helpful staff, the location so close to Champs Elysee and the river. Great restaurants and shops nearby with a safe feel even at midnight walking along the street. Secure electronic access ... No worrying about keys. Alexandre went above and beyond even calling us a Taxi when we were struggling to get organised. Small but serviceable elevator makes heavy luggage a breeze.Highly recommend.
