Just a 5 minute walk to Gare de Lyon which was important as we were carrying backpacks. Restaurants nearby. Bathroom was fine.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is located in a good neighbourhood, with several restaurants around and a good connection to the RER system.
