The hotel and room were clean, bed was comfy. The standard room is small but we knew that already. Many bars and restaurants around. Metro station is next to the hotel which is good.

Bathrobes and hotel slippers were missing from the room; everything else was very good.

Most staff were nice, bed was very comfy and was done every day, cleaning came daily, incredible food selection, staff respected door tags and was helpful in answering questions, tv was also really great and a good facility for relaxing after a day out, doors had key cards which were very handy and the lock was great, felt very safe. Elevators function great as well
