The fine print
In compliance with local laws, guests are required to upload a valid ID card or passport and a photograph when completing the online Check-in form.

For safety reasons, an additional security deposit will be collected by credit card according to the property size.
The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property.

The room was very nicely and fashionable decorated, and spacious by the standards of central Paris. I had a top-floor room with a lovely little balcony, which had a panoramic view of the boulevard below and sight of the Eiffel tower in the distance. The whole check in/out process was super easy despite the lack of a traditional reception -- a very smart model of how to run a low-cost hotel/apartment building and therefore offer a really nice room at a competitive price.

Aircon didn't work, right near a train station so very noisy with the window open. Small room but a real comfortable bed Baggage storage was a plus.
