Excellent location and value for money for the area. For a long weekend where you aren't planning on being inside the room much and just need somewhere to sleep, it's perfect. It's very quiet with no street noise at night and feels safe and secure. The major sights are mostly walking distance through nice streets and the area, Saint-Germain des Pres, is the best area to stay in Paris, as well as being close to the Latin Quarter and Sorbonne. Many excellent boulangerie, bars and bistros nearby too. You probably won't get a better location for the price without a significant decline in quality of accommodation. We didn't use the small kitchen facility at all as we really just slept, showered and changed there and spent all day out in Paris to make the most of it. However, it seemed to be completely equipped and had most things if you were to use it for a meal in to save cost.

Host was exceptional - responsiveness exceeded expectation! Great location, taxi dropped us exactly in front of doorway. Easy to locate the keys. Close to everything - cafes, bars, wine shops, grocers. Apartment was compact, excellent water presser for hot water showers. Exactly what you need for a short stay.

The location is excellent - just a few min away from the church of St Sulpice, the Café de Flore and Bon Marché. I walked everywhere from there. I felt very safe due to the multiple door codes. The apartment had everything that I needed and Sophie is very responsive and helpful when I had questions.

The keys were hidden in a very secret place. ))) We wouldn't have found them without the help. The apartment is very cute, cozy, and authentic. Located close to the metro and bus stops. Delightful!
