Good location close to train stations. I think you have to lower your expectations of price to value ratio in Paris, and so this hotel was fine, room was big enough and it was generally ok.

Clean well equipped apartment. Good value for money. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Very good sized bed in the main bedroom. Good location close to Restaurants and bars. Also very close to Gare de l'est.
