Staff we very friendly, accomodating and helpful - there appeared to be lots of people around at breakfast to assist and the restaurant was not over busy. The rooms were kept beautifully tidy with added touches of mood lighting / slippers and ambient back ground music playing after evening turndown

Loved the staff and the facilities. The beds were fabulous and comfortable! Best on our whole trip. We were away for 4 weeks.

We had a wonderful stay at this Paris Sohotel Arc de Triomphe, excellent service, a warm atmosphere, and a perfect location. Highly recommended!
