Lovely clean room. Very close to Accor arena. Just me and my 12 year old daughter, lovely comfortable bed. Friendly & helpful staff

The Novotel Paris Center Bercy is located directly at the Metro lines 6 and 14 which is great if you depend on the public transportation. Bercy train station is also a short walk away. It is great for family stays as the neighbourhood is quiet, but it's possible to reach the main tourists attractions fast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of variety. The room was spacious enough for a double bed for adults and a retractable couch for two kids. There also are quite some bars are cafes nearby.

Everything was great. The rooms were clean and luxurious. Breakfast had a variety of options, and the staff was very friendly. Will visit again as the location was very calm and upscale. The metro was a 10-second walk from the hotel entrance.

I was expecting a corporate hotel, and chose it largely for the convenience of being close to the station at Bercy. In fact, it turned out to be much better than I expected. Practical and comfortable room, with fun view from the balcony. Close to local restaurants – most of which, incidentally, do not feature on Google Maps. Helpful staff, and good communication in advance of my stay. Good breakfast, with – a big plus in my book – no music in the restaurant. Particularly good peaches!
