The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. They provided me with great hospitality. They had upgraded my room to have the best view of gare de E'lst strain station. It has a balcony view on the top floor with an amazing view of the city landmarks. They even gave me free breakfast. In Addison to this, the hotel staff aslo gave me a list of good restaurants, shops and locations to visit.

The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive and tried to provide a comfortable room / stay. Breakfast was very good for us. The hotel is close to the railway station, city and tourist hot Spots easy to reach.

I love the rooms new design! The staff is very friendly although it may be best to let customers know that you charge back the 50 euros on the credit card. It used to be a holding deposit and now they do a refund.
