Exactly as described and shown. Great location in a nice area with lots of bakeries, cafes, supermarkets and small shops nearby. Within ten minutes' walk of metro stations on several different lines, also a short walk to Montmartre and a longer but pleasant walk to the Louvre. There is a cafe/bar next to the main door, but as the apartment is set back from the road, it was very quiet inside - we didn't hear any noise from the street at all and were able to sleep very well. The apartment was well equipped. The host Alex replied quickly to any questions we had. Overall it made a great base to explore Paris from.

location of apartment is great, neighbourhood has lots of cafes, restaurants and shops . walking distance to metro stations and Sacre Coeur

Appartment has perfect location. It in 30 min of walk to Louvre, 20min to Opera and 15 min to Monmartr. Two station of metro in 5min. And there are all around "Boulangerie" and grocery shops. Clean and quiet streets , perfect district. Appartments was not very fresh, but you have all you need for comfort living. Owner gives you very detailed instruction, so you will be well informed as newcomer
