Very nice hotel, in a great location. Extremely helpful staff. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially comfortable in such hot weather

Many restaurants nearby including Japanese food, vietnamese food & thai food. The location is quite near to Montparnasee Train Station (about 800m) and about 500m to Gaite Metro Station.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly, it was always a pleasure to see them when we left in the morning and came home throughout the day. There is a small fridge in the room so we always had cold water - a must in 30°+ Parisian summers. The room also has its own adjustable air-conditioning and we would sigh in relief when entering.
