The fine print
Reservation of 5 to 9 rooms :30% of the total amount is required at the time of reservation. The balance must be paid 1 month before the arrival date. Both of these elements are imperative to guarantee the reservation in its entirety. Failure to receive the required payment will result in automatic cancellation of the booking by the hotel.Cancellation terms:In case of partial cancellation of the stay, the customer must notify the hotel upon arrival. For certain tariff offers, special cancellation conditions that modify these general conditions may apply.Total conditions:• Group cancellation 31 days before the arrival date: 0% of the stay is due.
• Group cancellation between 31 and 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the stay is due.
• Group cancellation between 14 days and the day of arrival: 100% of the stay is due.Partial conditions:• Cancellation of 20% of the rooms without charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
• Cancellation of 1 to 2 rooms without charge between 13 and 2 days before the arrival date.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Lovely boutique hotel. Clean & very comfortable.. great location.. walked to the Effiel Tower.. lots of cafes & patisserie s even supermarket & laundromat close by. Metro train. Wonderful Staff especially Edgar who was very helpful..

Our stay was amazing. Great location close to metro. Very tidy and nice hotel. Friendly stuff. We was really surprised that we wasn’t able to hear other guests from their rooms so we felt like home.

Perfect position, right in front of the metro station pasteur. Good water pressure and temperature of the shower. Kind service from all employees.
