Friendly staff, 24hr access with member of staff on duty. Lounge comfy with honesty box - home from home. Good sized room (for Paris) & en suite. Enought space to stash our 3night stay bags. Big suitcases could be tricky.

The room was as requested, twin bedded, so quiet, dark at night. Spacious for French hotels, comfortable and spotless. The lounge area provided free tea/coffee and water, with a homely feel.

I travel to Paris often and always try to stay in Marais. I've tried out many hotels around the area, but this one is definitely the best one! Rooms very comfortable, not the usual tiny, tiny Paris hotel rooms. The staff was amazing! So polite, kind and welcoming! Thank you all! I especially enjoyed the lounge, which I used to do some work in the afternoons. It was so comfortable that it felt that I am in someone's living room. Plus, the excellent location - just around the corner from Place des Vosges.
