All guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult and cannot be accommodated in a dormitory.Bed linen are provided while bath towels can be rented on site at an additional cost (EUR 2.50/day).Guests are kindly advised that groups with participants under 16 years of age are not accepted. If you request beds for a group of students who are between 16 and 18 years of age you must inform us at the time of booking. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in cancellation of the reservation.Each guest must show a valid photo ID and the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match the guest's name.When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please note that property do not accept reservations for 7 persons and more.

A short walk from the metro. I arrived in Paris at the Bercy bus station at 23:20, across Paris from LeRegent, but it was only two easy metro journeys away. It was quicker than I thought it would be and I arrived at Le Regent at 00:05 Proximity to Gare de l'Est is very useful. I liked the shared areas downtairs. My room, which had an ensuite (nice) was a decent size with four beds. The bed was comfortable and nice clean sheets. I was booked for four nights but only stayed for one as a friend invited me to stay at their place. I lost my payment for three nights but it was great to be in a private appt.

I booked this place because of: its distance to the city centre, it is an area (Montmatre) were we stayed close by before, good public transport to regional trains and public transport, ensuite rooms available, a kitchen! Once we had found them, there is an affordable supermarket in walking distance. And some bakeries. A couple of metro stations are in walking distance. Room had opening windows. On the ground floor the large tables and common seating area with natural light is nice.

The location is in great place right next to the train station, and is great place to stay in Paris as it’s close to everywhere. The staff were welcoming and nice and helpful with any questions you have. Would stay here again.
