Any reservation involving four rooms or more will only be confirmed upon receipt of a 100% deposit of the total amount for the reserved services.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation by the client or the company, the hotel reserves the right to apply the following cancellation fees:
• Full refund for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date.• 100% of the total amount will be due and non-refundable for cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date.The Spa is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and privatized for 1 session of 45 mins for each stay. To take advantage of our Spa remember to book in advance. For a 2nd session at the Spa (Flotarium / Sauna) during the stay, you will be billed at 130 Euros for 2 people. Please note that the spa access is only for one free slot and then other slot are with extra cost.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Spacious bedrooms for a Paris hotel, very comfortable bed, cleaned well. The dining area was very pleasant.

Firstly, the staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated and, albeit small, has everything you could need for a comfortable stay, including a lift. After being on our feet all day walking around Paris, the included spa session was heavenly and revitalising (plus, it was private, which was beyond cool). There was tea, coffee and even lovely little chocolates in the bedroom. They even thought to leave us a welcome note. The complementary toiletries were lovely too (Nuxe). The attention to detail at this hotel was very much appreciated. Furthermore, it's in a nice location, which feels safe, has good restaurants within easy reach, as well as literally the best coffee I've ever tasted in my life at a corner coffee shop a few paces away. Having a good home base makes all the difference to how one feels on holiday, and this hotel exceeded expectations. We had a wonderful stay.
