Its convenient, quiet location between Gare de Lyon and Bastille for trains and with bus stops even closer. The courteous and helpful staff, especially Kevin who welcomed us warmly each day. We appreciated his consideration in speaking French at a pace we could understand. Very comfortable bed and excellent room service. Varied choice at breakfast and a hospitality tray in our room. Efficient lifts to all floors. Ecologically aware: we liked being able to help ourselves to carafes of chilled water at any time of day.
