Staff was very friendly and spoke English, the room was modern and more than sufficient for one person. Very quiet at night with blackout curtains, so sleep was not disturbed. Room had tea/coffee maker and a safe which was a bonus. TV had youtube access so it wasn't a problem that there weren't many English channels. Wifi speed was pretty good too. Also really convenient to have a lift in the hotel.

The room I was given was quiet, as I had requested, and had been refurbished. The shower takes some getting used to. The staff were very pleasant.

Amazing location - still close to the centre but away from hoards of tourists. Very close to the train station and several metro stops. The staff is extremely accommodating and nice.
