Perfect location. Close to restaurants, walking distance from the Opera and major siteseeing. Comfy, clean and grt for the price.

I stayed at ibis Paris during a snowy period, and unfortunately the heating in my room was not working while it was snowing outside. To their credit, the staff provided me with a portable radiator from the reception area. However, it had a broken wheel, and I had to carry it myself up to my room, which was located in the attic. It was not the most comfortable experience, especially in winter conditions. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to lovely local restaurants and pleasant areas to explore on foot. I also appreciated the complimentary hot beverage available at the entrance — a small but thoughtful gesture, particularly welcome in cold weather. What was disappointing, however, was that there was no attempt to change my room or offer a proper apology for the inconvenience. That lack of proactive service made the situation more frustrating than it needed to be. Overall, the location is a strong point, but better attention to guest comfort and communication would significantly improve the experience.

The staff were really helpful, letting me leave my luggage before my check in time. And every time thereafter whenever I spoke with front desk staff they were great.
