1. Super-friendly staff, always willing to help. 2. Very clean rooms equipped with everything one needs. 3. L'Occitane cosmetics in a bathroom. 4. Very convenient location, a walking distance to 3 different metro stations; 20 mins on foot to Tour Eiffel.

We stayed in a corner room for 3 days. Getting to the hotel was very easy, as it was right next to the metro station (M 12). The room was very clean and was cleaned every day. When we first arrived in the room, we saw a macaron surprise, which was a very lovely gesture. The bed was very comfortable and the room view was amazing. We walked to the Eiffel Tower, it took about 25 minutes. We visited during a rainy period and didn’t have an umbrella, but the hotel also provided umbrellas when needed. In addition, when we were leaving the hotel, it was raining again, and they gifted us an umbrella, which was incredibly thoughtful. All of the check-in staff were wonderful people. Transportation to the city center and all tourist attractions was extremely easy. There were also many lovely cafés and restaurants within even a 2-minute walk of the hotel. The area felt very safe, even when walking around at night.

Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast buffett, but a little expensive - good value if you take full advantage, otherwise you’ll save money having a coffee and croissant (or something similar) in a cafe. You can walk to the centre, but it’s a 40 min walk, however there is a metro station right next to the hotel.
