Fabulous location, near to interesting places to visit. Many lovely Japanese restaurants nearby. Beautifully decorated throughout the hotel. Generous teatime with free cakes and hot drinks.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Antonella and the rest of the team were very helpful and attentive. We walked into the room and they had placed a happy birthday sign on the bed for my wife which made our stay even more special. They also left a beautiful card with a complementary bottle of champagne, these added features make your stay so much more special and we cannot wait to return. The room was also very nice and large with a mini bar, safe, hairdryer, kettle, expresso machine and plenty of spaces to hand your clothing. Location wise the hotel is located in the middle of the city - what more can you ask for. We only stayed one night and we walked across the whole city without the need of public transport.
