The staff was fabulous. The other good part was Spa, but not worth the money that I've paid for the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff who went to great efforts to welcome us and give recommendations for local restaurants. The hotel is very conveniently located almost opposite the Gare St Lazare, which is perfect for getting the train to Monet's garden at Giverny.

The location of this hotel was perfect, lovely places to eat and shop locally. The room was clean, comfortable and of a good size. We were offered with a free upgrade for our Anniversary :)

Great location, right by the train station, St Lazarre. Really lovely staff. And a great breakfast. Lovely, wheelchair-accessible bathroom which, as a wheelchair user, is very important.
