Upgraded to a suite was nice, staff kind and helpful. Did feel the bathroom was cold and we found it hard to hear the big room. I’m also pregnant and the seats for the bathroom mirrors were on wheels and unstable so I had to keep leaning down. Room itself was well furnished nice character
