I had to book a hotel last minute as our apartment cancelled on us as we arrived there. So glad we found this place. It’s so convenient being close to the station, several food options close by, including a few small supermarkets. Reception staff are super helpful and friendly. The one guy (so sorry I forgot your name already) was lovely and helped with random things we asked about and was so friendly and accommodating. He’s an absolute star. The cleaning lady is also so sweet and friendly, she is lovely. Definitely recommend this place and will definitely consider it when we come back to Paris

It was a very pleasant surprise. I booked this hotel at the last minute for a short two-night stay to visit a friend in Paris. The hotel is located 100 meters from the Paris-Est train station and a short walk from the metro. It's not particularly beautiful from the outside, but the rooms are very well-appointed. They aren't overly large, but they have large windows that overlook a very quiet interior. The shower was comfortable, and the bed even more so. I may have felt a little warm, but overall it was excellent. 24-hour reception service. Overall, an excellent value. Highly recommended.

The hotel is situated directly adjacent to the Gare de l'Est and conveniently close to the Gare du Nord, which is nice if you change between these two train stations, as I did. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good.
