Everything was excellent! Good location, very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early and they safely stored our luggage until later when we could check in. There was a place to rest and organise ourselves before heading out to explore. Easy transportation links metro and Uber. The staff recommended local restaurants that were true Local parisienne fairly priced and delicious! Not full of too many tourists or queues! Our family loved the pizza restaurant across the road. Thank you to all the staff for your friendly welcome and helpful tips. We felt comfortable and safe as a family travelling around Paris and the family room was a good size! Highly recommend to other families with teen kids. There was a flight of stairs which were narrow but we managed to get luggage upstairs no problem.👌
