Super location, super nice employees. Clean. Presents on the bed upon arrival. Ear plugs. Filtered bottle of water on the house. A pair of each towel, body and floor. 2 windows with a view over the Bastille boulevard. Witnessed how the guy (Tarik) working at the reception saved the guest bag who forgot it outside the hotel.

My room was cosy and well equipped. It had everything I needed and the hotel went to some length to provide extra treats. That was nice. The location was perfect given its easy walking distance to the Opera Bastille and the range of cafes and restaurants nearby. A bonus was the market that sets up outside the hotel on Thursdays and Sundays. There is ample public transport and easy taxi access just down the street. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. The coffee was particularly good.

My double room was cosy but well appointed and clean. For one person the room worked well but two people sharing may have found it too small. Breakfast in the morning had some nice options and was convenient. The staff on reception were helpful and the lounge area on the ground floor was comfortable. The location, which is within walking distance of the Opera Bastille, was the reason I chose this hotel. The 10 minute walk was well lit and felt safe at night.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really good location for exploring the Marais. Very comfortable room. Good toiletries and plentiful supply of towels and pillows
