The concierges were absolutely amazing. I didn’t catch all their names (one may have been Jessica, along with a lovely lady from Mexico and another from Tibet), but they were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Their warmth really made the experience special. The hotel itself was also clean, so beautiful and cosy, and in a great location! We really enjoyed our stay here ☺️

The room was lovely, very clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was in a fabulous location, a short walk from the metro and close to the Notre Dame etc.

The hotel's location is good, everywhere feels within walking distance. The reception staff are excellent, super warm, welcoming and very friendly.

Beautifully decorated. There is some building work being carried out but staff went above and beyond to ensure this didn’t effect our stay
