Please contact the hotel to arrange your stay.For non-refundable reservations, please note that the same credit card used to book the room will be requested upon arrival.At the moment, we have a problem with the lift, which means that all guests have to use the hotel's staircase to get to their rooms (spread over 7 floors in total).
