The hotel overall is very nice — great location, clean, bright, and modern. It’s within walking distance of many attractions, and the general atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. The room we eventually stayed in was pleasant, and most of the staff were friendly and professional

We always stayed here since the location was exceptional. There are 2 train stations nearby so you can easily get to all key sites. Perfect for shopping as well since you are close to 2 major dept stores (G. Lagayette & Au Printemps) plus there are numerous boutiques nearby. You will also be spoilt for choice for food and drinks with plenty of F&B spots around the area. The hotel is also clean and comfortable and despite being there for quite some time, they have maintained the charming look and cleanliness of the hotel premises and the rooms.

Hôtel Hélios Opéra was a wonderful base for exploring Paris. The location is ideal — close to the Opéra, metro stations, and great shopping. The room was stylish, quiet, and very comfortable. The highlight of my stay was enjoying breakfast on the balcony — a peaceful, delicious start to the day with a lovely Parisian view. A big thank you to the staff for making that moment extra special. Highly recommended for a cozy, elegant stay in the heart of the city!

Very cozy and lovely hotel. The customer service was very nice. The breakfast was good. It was nice to sleep because the noise from the outside didn't reach the room and the bed was comfortable.
