Location is great, very central and close to Metro stations. Opera, shops, restaurant and bars around. Some people might even find it too busy. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. They went the extra mile with us and I believe they will try their best with anyone else. Room was equiped with whatever was needed (for us) to make our stay comfortable. Price is very fair, especially for the area your in and in comparison with other hotels.
