Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and even helped book us a taxi to the airport. Location was also great very close to Porte de Maillot Metro Station. Also the hotel is opposite a Carrefour and very close to a nice bakery.

Despite a mistake with my booking the staff were very friendly and accommodating with a friend in his wheelchair. Complimentary bottled water (glass) to help with the environment was a bonus.
