Great attentive staff. Excellent free cake. Free umbrellas as it was heavy rain. Kitchenette in room v helpful. Taxi to Gare du Nord on time. Warm & welcoming.

I would like to warmly recommend a hotel where I recently stayed in Paris — a small, unique, and truly charming boutique hotel. This is a five-star hotel that is not typical in the traditional sense. There is no swimming pool, no large dining room, and no grand facilities, but what it offers instead is far more important: a warm atmosphere, exceptional personal service, and a genuine family-like feeling. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it perfect for experiencing Paris at its best. The hotel is small and intimate, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and the bathroom spacious and pleasant — details that make a significant difference during a stay. The service is truly outstanding. The staff is attentive, kind, and remarkably generous. Complimentary cappuccino is available throughout the entire day, and every evening guests are treated to cake and cookies at no extra charge — a thoughtful and welcoming touch that reflects real care for the guests. In addition, umbrellas are available for guests to use during the day, a small but very practical gesture. This is not a typical “classic” five-star hotel with large-scale amenities — and that is precisely its charm. It is a hotel with soul, one that makes you feel like a guest rather than just a customer. A wonderful and highly recommended experience. I have no doubt that I will return on my next visit to Paris.

Quiet, unassuming hotel in the centre of Le Marais. So luxurious, yet homely! Dreaming of getting back for another stay. Breakfast served in the room. Divine!
