This is really a decent budget option, a bit rundown, but the location is brilliant and that's the biggest benefit.

The room & bathroom were nice & clean and maintained by housekeeping daily. The bed was comfy & shower was nice & hot. Location was good - not too far to the nearest Metro station. Staff were nice & even patient with me practicing my French! Very close to some great restaurants (literally down the road).

Clean and comfortable basic hotel. Good quiet location only a few minutes walk from Bastille Metro and about 10 minutes from Gare du Lyon
