The hotel's main 'plus point' is its location: just a stone's throw from the Gare du Nord and just a few minutes' walk away from the Gare de l'Est. Central Paris is about half an hour's walk away. I had asked for a quiet room and I was assigned a room on the innner side of the building, well away from the street - and I heard no noise at all.

The landlady met me at the door, and was very friendly and efficient. I've seen another review which describes the decor as 'vintage', and I can't think of a better adjective! Nevertheless, clean, warm and comfortable, and just right for the price. For my purpose the location was ideal; just a couple of minutes from Paris Nord and just a few more to Gare De l'Est.

I chose the hotel for its location, which was ideal, a couple of minutes' walk from Paris Nord. The welcome from the landlady was cheerful and friendly. The facilities were basic and a bit old-fashioned, but clean, warm and comfortable. Overall good value for money and I would gladly stay again.

A vintage hotel with a super accessibility to Paris nord station. Nice stay with this budget. The owner lady is very responsible and friendly.
