Lovely and clean hotel which is close to Charonne metro station. Located in a trendy district close to restaurants and cafes. We would definitely return next time we are in Paris.

We planned this trip to Paris to go to the Opera and the Hôtel Des Arts was just perfect! It was very clean, cozy and walkable distance from the Opera de Bastille and Gare de Lyon (where we arrived from). We really enjoyed the neighbourhood as well with lots of bakeries, restaurants and wineries (and it didn’t feel so touristy which we enjoyed). We also visited some of the landmarks (Eiffle Tower, Champs Elysées, Notre Dame, Montmartre etc) and found this hotel very well connected via Metro. The staff was super friendly and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris!

Comfortable bed, late check in available and the staff even opened my wine for me when I found myself without a bottle opener. Check out until 12 so can have a good sleep in.
