The fine print
In order to confirm your reservation, we must pre-authorize the first night rate. This is a temporary hold on your bank account that will act as a guarantee during your stay and will be released once you leave the hotel.Payment of the entire stay is to be made on the day of arrival at the hotel.You will be asked to present the same card used for the first night security deposit, but you can choose to pay with another card or cash.If you do not have it, we will have to cancel the deposit and make a new deposit of 100€.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It’s in a lovely area and is brilliantly placed for Metro, tram and bus travel. Lovely little parks everywhere. Wide boulevards and lots of trees.

The room was extremely clean, the shower very nice! The room was a bit small but ok, and unlike some other boutique hotels in Paris it was very quiet in the room.
