The location of the hotel was a big advantage. The price was fair. The room was warm, the sheets were clean, but it seemed a little run down. The modest breakfast was just fine for me.

The host was very nice, and the location was perfect. It wasn't the best street in Paris but it has a busstop right in front of the entrance

The Room: Surprisingly spacious for Paris! It features a mini-kitchen with all necessary utensils, a desk, and several windows that provide great light. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows seemed to be orthopedic. There are power outlets right by the bed and a full set of toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, soap) provided. Winter Comfort: We stayed during quite cold winter days, and the room was very warm and cozy without us even needing to adjust the ventilation. Free Parking: A real hidden gem! The hotel has its own underground, covered, and very secure parking. It’s free of charge, which is almost unheard of in central Paris. They provide a parking card for a €50 deposit, which is fully refunded upon return. Breakfast: For only €6, you get a classic French-style breakfast: unlimited tea/coffee, a croissant, yogurt, fruit salad, and orange juice. It’s perfect for those who appreciate a traditional French start to the day (just a reminder: don't expect eggs or hot dishes, as that’s not the local custom). Location: Excellent spot! Only 5 minutes to the Metro and a 5-10 minute walk to Place d'Italie and a shopping mall. Service: The reception is open 24/7, and there is a luggage room for your bags after check-out. Also, the staff confirmed they are pet-friendly for small pets, so we hope to bring our dog next time! Wi-fi worked perfectly.
