For all bookings of 3 or more rooms, the hotel reserves the right to ask for a prepayment.Guests are advised that the same credit card used to make the booking and a photo identification will be required to take the payment. Should the person staying at the hotel not be in possession of the credit card used to make the reservation, the hotel reserves the right to request a copy of the ID of the cardholder.Please specify the name of the guests when reserving.Please note that for non-refundable bookings, the payment will be carried out upon check-in.Please note that your credit cards details will be used to secure your reservation. Location was excellent. We came up from London on the Eurostar and our hotel was about a 8 minute walk. Also metro was only a few minutes walk away. Plenty of eating places right close to our hotel. The staff on reception were very helpful and very polite. Could t fault them at all. When we asked for milk for our coffee when in our rooms We was given the option of cold or hot milk which was really nice.

Nice, comfortable room - compact, as you might expect in a city, but with a bit of space for luggage. Decent bathroom, comfortable bed and a well-glazed window that meant, even on the first floor, overlooking Blvd Magenta, we were not disturbed by noise from the street at night. The location was really good, close to Gare de l'Est and a short walk from Gare du Nord. In the evenings, we found a couple of excellent cafes along the Canal Saint Martin, which is a lively hang-out at the weekends. Having the reception open 24 hours also seemed like a bonus, as it made the hotel feel a little more secure and there would have been some one to sort out any problems (if we'd had any), at whatever hour required (not always the case in budget hotels).
