The room exceeded my expectations, especially after reading some of the reviews. Beds were comfortable, no disruptive noise from our room (4th floor). Cleaning was good and so were the basic amenities. The location is excellent, meaning no dependency on public transport or traffic conditions to and from Gare du Nord. There was a fan in the room which helped us through the warm nights, and also a fridge/freezer which we didn't need to use. There is a "luggage room" free of charge which is unmanned and luckily we could fit our bags as it was pretty full. Leaving luggage there was crucial for us to enjoy our last day in the city.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the train, metro, and bus stations, and within walking distance of everything. The staff are friendly and helpful.
