Hotel staff are very attentive, location is very close to louvre, Palais Garnier/opera, Galeries Lafayette. Many coffee shops bakeries near the hotel, close to metro. The room we had was very spacious, had a balcony. Family friendly Would definitely stay here on all future travels to Paris.

The staff were amazing, always attentive and helpful. We had the superior room with balcony which was a great size with nice view of the opera house and avenue. The room was very comfortable and bathroom very nice.

Myself and my adult daughter had a wonderful suite at the top of the building with four small balconies for our three night stay in Paris. There was a huge double bedroom with bathroom and a separate living room with a toilet and separate shower room. My daughter slept on the sofa bed and loved having her own space and bathroom. There were TVs in each room too. Really gorgeous room and fabulous view of the road and the Opera House. They had given us a free upgrade for my daughter's birthday which was really nice. There was even a birthday cake in our room for her when we came back to the hotel that evening which was a lovely touch. The staff were all fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant with just a few minutes walk to the Louvre, shopping areas and loads of restaurants and bars along the way. There is also a small supermarket a few doors down from the hotel for anything you forgot to bring or for munchies. Plenty of taxis passing the hotel too which were very reasonably priced. It was in nice part of the city and seemed safe for walking around at night. All in all a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this hotel!
