The staff from the reception was very empathetic. Also the cleaning was done every day. The possibility to let the luggages.

The staff were genuinely the best hotel staff I've ever had - they were very nice, friendly, helpful, remembered me and were very thoughtful. My room was perfect (for me, anyway) and well maintained. Also the bathroom was larger and nicer than I expected honestly.
