Excellent location (really good selection of bars and restaurants nearby) and we were lucky enough to be there for the Thursday market. Parking on site (well underneath!) Very secure.

The location is excellent - the closest Metro is Richard Lenoir (a 2-minute walk) on Line 5. It is 5 stops from Gare du Nord and 4 from Gare de l’Est. It is very close to Bastille and Place de la République and it’s in a very nice area with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful (with excellent English). It is good value for such a central location. The breakfast buffet is good and there’s a coffee machine in reception, from which you can grab a coffee to go. My room (311) was spacious and comfortable - there’s a little kitchen with fridge & microwave and there’s a bathroom (obviously). It even has a nice little balcony. Overall, it’s hard to fault.
