We had a very pleasant stay at Castex Hotel. The location is truly a big advantage – it’s within walking distance of many of Paris’s main attractions, making it easy to get around without much planning. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which really contributed to a positive experience. The room was perfectly OK for the price and met our expectations. One thing we especially appreciated was the surrounding area. It felt genuine and lively, with many restaurants and pubs frequented mostly by locals rather than tourists. This gave us a more authentic Paris experience and made the evenings particularly enjoyable.

Everything was fine. Specially location was perfect. Rooms are small but it is already mentioned in description.

Very nice room and general decor throughout. Lift useful as we were in 3rd floor. Very nice to have a welcome bottle of red wine in the room as well as a fridge and tea/coffee making . The best thing was the location. Just off Place de la Bastille/ metro and Île de St Louis and île de cité walking distance. The nearest main road Rue St Antoine had everything you need , cafes, nice restaurants , small shops.
