The front desk, the concierge and the room service were amazing and very helpful. I would like to thank the all the hotel staff and the buttler team that made our stay comfort.

It was our first stay at the Bulgari Hotel. First of all, all the staff were very polite, everyone was very attentive. We had breakfast at the hotel on the last day. It was really nice. The hotel room size was nice and everything was really stylish and of very high quality. And location very good. We had only one problem, there was a bad smell in the room. But the staff tried to solve it by taking care of us. In short, I recommend this place. I don't remember the names of all the staff at the reception, but I thank everyone for their smiling faces. I thank Camille in guest manager. She took special care for our satisfaction. ☃️♥️
