I liked the location a lot — it’s only about a 7-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe, with several metro lines nearby, which makes it very convenient logistically. There are many restaurants, cafés, and shops in the area, plus a big Monoprix right next door with everything you might need. The room was clean, comfortable, and not old — very pleasant to stay in. The breakfast was okay, a simple, standard French-style breakfast, which was perfectly fine.

Very close to Arc du Triomphe. There is a supermarket on the corner. Good room.
